Joint venture arrangement is a strategy devised by NHC in financing projects which require big capital and mass housing outlays. NHC joins hands with private developers to undertake large projects. NHC under Public-Private Partnership Scheme (PPP) has about 187 joint venture projects with private investor. Some of the joint venture projects in different regions are as follows:-
